Shipping & Delivery Policy

This policy explains where we ship Copilot Buddy, when to expect it, and how delivery works. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
1. Where we ship
The Copilot Buddy device and desk stand currently ship within India. The firmware license is digital and is available worldwide. If you are outside India and want the device, please join the waitlist and we will let you know when we open shipping to your region.
2. Dispatch window
The first run is a numbered, made-to-order collector's edition. We assemble and test each unit before it goes out, and we expect to begin shipping in the weekend of 15 August 2026. We will email you when your order moves to assembled and again when it ships. If anything affects this window, we will keep you informed by email.
3. Shipping charges
Standard shipping within India is included in the price shown at checkout. Any taxes or charges, if applicable, are shown before you pay. We do not add hidden delivery fees.
4. Tracking and notifications
Once your order ships, we email you the carrier and a tracking number, and you can always see the latest status in your customer portal. The portal shows each step: order placed, assembled and tested, shipped, out for delivery, and delivered.
5. Delivery times
After dispatch, delivery within India typically takes about 3 to 7 business days depending on your location, with metro areas usually faster than remote ones. These are estimates from the carrier and are not guaranteed, and they exclude the make-to-order assembly time described above.
6. Firmware delivery
Firmware licenses are delivered digitally. Your license key appears in your customer portal and is emailed to you, usually within minutes of a successful payment. There is no physical shipment for a firmware-only purchase.
7. Addresses and failed delivery
Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are correct. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery; additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch caused by an incorrect address.
8. Outside India
We are working toward shipping the device internationally. Until then, the device and stand are India-only, while the firmware license is available globally. Join the waitlist with your country and what you are after, and we will reach out when we can ship to you.
